Full Body Detox

What is a full body detox? When I hear people say that they want to do a full body detox, I never know what to think. What does it mean? How can you do a full body detox? A number of detox diets out there do claim that their diet plans provide a full body detox, but do these diets really deliver?
To me, a full body detox should be able to cleanse your entire body. That is what the name implies, isn’t it? However, the more I think about it, the more I realize just how silly it sounds. Does it mean, for example, that one of these diets will cleanse, say, my toes from harmful toxins? What about my fingers? Do they even contain any toxins to begin with?
Clearly, a real full body detox is not yet another fad diet, but a comprehensive approach to improving your overall health. So, how does a full body detox work? It has two simple components: Diet and exercise. If you want to improve your overall health, you need to either change or improve your diet. In addition, it is a very good idea to your diet with exercise.
That’s all there is to it, folks. Do not believe me? Try it. Eat healthy for at least two weeks, and do not forget to engage in some form of exercise at least three times a week. If you do that, I bet you will notice a positive change in your energy levels, mood and your overall feeling of well-being.
